Concrete floors are a great shed base option. Allow the concrete to dry for forty-eight hours before using the shed! The finished slab size is the same size as the shed, but upon request additional concreting around the shed can be done.
The cost = add 12% to rebated slab cost. The shed is bolted to the flat slab. In this option it is difficult to seal the base of the shed, if this is required.
We will pour the slab and return at a later date to erect the shed. If you require us to "try and seal" the base of the shed please reqest a quote.
