The cost of a site preparation consultation is $100, which will be credited against the project costs if completed by our team.

Setting up a site so that it's level and suitable for a concrete slab, wooden floor or direct to ground installation requires more work that you might first think. You must use an accurate level to check the grades on your site. Also consider how water will drain around your shed. If your shed is larger than 10m2 it may need a permit. You can check with your local council or just ask us and we can find out for you, and then obtain the permit on your behalf.
