WHO IS STEELCHIEF?
SteelChief has been the leader in design and manufacture of garden sheds, workshops, garages, pool sheds, aviaries, fowl houses, cubbies, dog kennels, pet runs, small sheds, timber sheds, steel frame sheds and pump houses for over 20 years.
We manufacture all our sheds to each customer's requirements at our new factory in Ballarat, Victoria. Each shed is made to order, and is completed in panel form to enable fast and easy erection – just join the walls together, and attach the roof.
ABOUT OUR SHEDS
All sizes shown are actual external wall dimensions. Roofs will overhang the walls in some directions which needs to be allowed for. All measurements stated by SteelChief are nominal (or approximate) and may vary slightly from shed to shed. Please advise your distributor of any important dimensional requirements.
SteelChief sheds are waterproof, not watertight. For improved water resistance we recommend a rebated concrete or wooden floor option. See rebated floor options.
Please note that site preparation is very important to complete, before commencing shed erection. See Site Preparation notes under Installation.
We only offer factory direct installation services in Metro Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo. Otherwise our offer is on a delivered to your distributor basis.
The painted steel also has a protective zinc based coating coating under the paint system. Hence scratches and dent usually will not pose any weather or corrosion resistance threat. It is not necessary to touch up the paint finish unless for aesthetic purposes. SteelChief makes every effort to deliver the panels with minimal marks, dents or scratches.
SteelChief does not guarantee delivery times for goods or services. Under no circumstances will SteelChief be responsible for any consequential costs or losses due to the sales of its products.
Any shortage of delivery or mistake of build or damage will be corrected by SteelChief at the earliest practical date.
